Injection & Molding

All plastic components — handles, blocks, and structural fittings — are injection molded in-house. No outsourcing means tighter tolerances, faster custom tooling, and direct quality accountability at every stage.

Zone 02

Tufting & Assembly

Automated tufting is the core of brush manufacturing. Our ONYEU-series machines plant bristle bundles at programmable density and angle, delivering consistent performance across every SKU in our 2,500+ product range.

  • 10+ ONYEU automated tufting lines running two shifts
  • 6 bristle bundles planted simultaneously per machine cycle
  • Bristle materials: PET (polyester), PA6 (nylon), natural horsehair

Zone 03

Bristle Cutting & Trimming

After tufting, each brush passes through CNC-controlled trimming stations with robotic arms. This step ensures every filament tip is cut to a uniform length — a critical factor in cleaning performance, scratch prevention, and product feel for the end user.

  • 6+ CNC bristle cutting and trimming lines
  • Dual robotic arms trim both sides simultaneously
  • Filament tip precision: ±0.5 mm tolerance
  • Supported profiles: flat-cut, dome-cut, V-cut, wavy
  • 100% visual inspection on conveyor after each trim pass
  • Output: up to 40,000 brush heads trimmed per day

Zone 04

Warehouse & Logistics

Finished goods are stored in a dedicated zone with wire-cage racking for visibility and FIFO rotation. Telescopic poles, brush heads, and assembled products are kept separately to streamline picking for mixed-SKU export shipments.

  • Separate zones for finished goods, semi-finished, and raw materials
  • Wire-cage racking: full SKU visibility, FIFO managed
  • Stock-ready SKUs: dispatch within 5 business days
  • Container loading dock on-site: 20ft and 40ft HQ

Sourcing & Traceability

Raw Material Standards

Injection Resins

Virgin PP and ABS sourced from certified domestic suppliers. Food-contact grades available on request. Melt flow index and tensile strength tested per incoming batch. Test reports retained for 3 years.

Bristle Filaments

PET (polyester), PA6 (nylon), and natural horsehair — stocked in multiple stiffness grades. UV-stabilized grades available for outdoor applications. Custom colors matched to Pantone on orders ≥ 5,000 pcs.

Incoming Inspection

Every material batch undergoes dimensional, color, and mechanical testing before entering production. Non-conforming batches are quarantined and returned to supplier. Inspection records available on request.
